Good afternoon Paul!

Here is my testimonial:

Great change in our life for my wife and I.  We have decided to leave Quebec and live in Ecuador.  So many things to think about… After many researches , we finally found the right place to move all our personal effects and furniture… Paul Wilches is a real professional! And his team was awesome! A door to door service! Let me explain:

At the determined date, a truck went to our house  and we got help to load the container (in our case it was a Liftvan). An hour later, the truck left and our stock was shipped to the port. Three days later, we took airplane to reach our destination… As Paul mentioned, it takes around 30 to 45 days for the shipment to reach destination.

On every step, Paul kept us informed about what to do and don’t. We followed every informations and requirements that has been asked ( How to make tour inventory, how to pack your shipment, how to pay for wire transfers based on percentage, where to go sign papers, etc…)

When shipment arrived at Guayaquil port, he kept us informed on every step at customs (pictures and video of our stock during inspection). When completed, they scheduled the date to receive our goods at home here in Ecuador…

People who came to our home in Ecuador helped us to bring our goods in the house… This team was awesome!
