Shipping a 20′ container with my personal belongings/treasures from Colorado to Cuenca in the middle of winter was, without a doubt, the most stressful part of the three-year planning process for my move to Ecuador.  But when the time came to actually begin the planned move in December of 2025, Paul Wilches and his crew carried out the shipment on time, on budget, with exceptional communication, and with flawless execution.  After I landed in Cuenca a couple of weeks ahead of the container, I met with Paul in person several times and kept in touch regularly by email.  I was immediately put at ease by Paul’s professionalism and knowledge of the process.  When the container arrived at the port, Paul kept me informed, sometimes multiple times per day, with the status and timing of the eventual delivery to my apartment.  On the day of actual delivery, Paul kept in touch and arrived with the container and his crew at the expected time.  Thirty minutes later, all of my belongings were safely inside my building.  I could not recommend Paul more highly.  He is the best name in the business for a reason, and he and his crew certainly earned my trust and respect every step of the way.
