I was impressed with how you handled everything promptly , and as safely as possible.  Everything that was within your control went well, and I was very happy with the level of service provided , both before and after the shipment.   You were very fair and generous with everything, and I would recommend you to others who would be shipping goods over to Ecuador in the future.
