RSE promised us «door to door» service from Maryland, USA to Cuenca Ecuador and that was what we got from Paul and Nathaly, the efficient and thoroughly professional duo that make up the core of RSE.
Tele’s passport number was incorrectly entered into the system when we arrived in Quito. It took Paul just one day to get it corrected. That is a miracle and our lawyer confirmed it. We appreciate what Paul did even better now that we have had to deal with similar government establishments since arriving in Cuenca 3 months ago.
