Paul Wilches and his staff at Relocation Services of Ecuador provided much peace of mind during our move to Ecuador. They made the process of shipping a liftvan of personal items about as easy as we could have imagined, from helping us understand the process at the beginning; to answering all our questions and reviewing our inventory; to arranging the actual shipping, receiving, and coordination with Ecuadorian Customs; as well as facilitating the payment — and refund! — of our bond to Customs to temporarily hold our goods as we obtained our visas. Their service was well worth the cost to ease the transition to our new life in Ecuador.
