My wife and I became Ecuador residents in November of 2013. We then returned to the States to prepare a very complicated three way move. RSE handled the import of a 20’ container filled with all of our household goods. They provided helpful instructions on packing everything correctly, how to label the boxes, and how to prepare an inventory list. They handled all of the paperwork, including translating the inventory list into Spanish. The day before our container arrived, Nathalie met us in Guayaquil and walked us through the process of preparing and signing the paperwork so that RSE could receive the container on our behalf – we never had to go to the dock or Customs ourselves. When the container arrived, RSE was there to oversee everything. Although Customs did open and inspect many of our boxes, not a single item was questioned or taxed. RSE had the container placed on a truck, driven to Salinas, and provided workers to unload everything and bring it all up to our condo. We shipped a variety of kitchen items, furniture, musical instruments, electronics, glassware, mirrors, art work – you name it. And I’m happy to report not a single item was lost or damaged in shipment.

RSE provides a wonderful and professional service, and we recommend them to anyone who is considering a move to Ecuador.
