Review of Paul Wilches and Relocation Services of Ecuador
Paul Wilches, of Relocation Services of Ecuador made our move stress-free and easy. We hired him after a terrible experience with another shipper. He stepped in and made everything right. Paul charged less for a 20 foot container than the previous shipper did for two lift vans and a kayak, even though he had to correct all her mistakes. We were so impressed with his consistent communication with us, letting us know where our goods were every step of the way, and how to prepare for each next step. His staff was equally helpful, and professional, going above and beyond the call of duty. We truly knew we were in good hands once Paul and his crew took over our shipment. We learned through a mutual facebook friend that Paul’s beloved father had passed away on Easter. Paul was steady as a rock and continued to call us and work on delivering our goods even in the midst of his grief. His professionalism and integrity are above reproach and most assuredly made his departed father proud.
Our goods were delivered to our home and unloaded. We did not have to lift a finger except to check boxes off our list as they were carried in. We highly recommend Paul Wilches, and Relocation Services of Ecuador to anyone needing professional moving services. Not only are his services impeccable, but Paul is also a man of excellence and integrity who puts the needs of his clients first. Now that our business with Paul has concluded we look forward to knowing him as a friend and hopefully dining with him in our home someday.
