My wife and I decided to move from Boise, ID to Ecuador and ship a container of our personal belongings there. My first contact for this service to another company was unprofessional and lacked good communication.
The price for a 40’ container seemed quite high. My wife did some research and found Paul Wilches relocation services.
My first call to him was quite impressive. Paul was very professional and took a more than fair amount of time to educate me and explain all the ins and outs of shipping a container to Ecuador.
With this knowledge we felt at ease to request his services.
Paul sent us a quote which was approximately 30% less than that of the first company I contacted.
There is a lot involved to ship a container to Ecuador and Paul not only had all the answers he took care of everything. He presented us with a thorough legal contract that specified everything necessary. After reviewing the contract it was apparent this is a professional service and he knows what he is doing. Paul has helped ship hundred’s of containers and there was not a single question that he could not answer to address our concerns. This allowed us to focus on what we need to do all the other logistics of our move. During the whole process Paul always answered my calls and everything he explained to us was held true. We feel the main benefit to working with Paul was we never had any concerns that all our personal belongings would arrive safely and on time.
We had only 2 ceramic planter pots broken to no fault of the company but to our packaging.
Everything else we shipped arrived on time and in perfect condition.
In closing I would strongly suggest if you plan on shipping a container that you reach out to Paul. I have no doubt you will be very pleased and his prices are quite reasonable.
