I would like to put my two cents in for Paul Wilches of Relocation Services of Ecuador. I emailed him this morning saying I wanted to ship a few boxes of personal items to Cuenca, because I couldn’t bring them on the plane. This afternoon he called me to explain the facts of Ecuadorian importation to me. A visa is required before you can ship used items to Ecuador. I call that responsive service.
