When we decided to move back to Cuenca and bring our household goods, we contacted Paul Wilches.  We had no idea of what we needed to do and Paul was the perfect person to take charge.  We set up a Zoom call and Paul went over the process with us.  It was overwhelming at the time, but Paul assured us that everything would go well.  He told us several times that he was always available for questions and to call him anytime if we needed anything.  We took him at his word.  There were days we felt like pulling our hair out, but Paul was always there to calm our nerves.  When moving day came, everything went smoothly.  The container arrived on time, our movers packed it in 1-1/2 hours and it was on the road again and on its way to Long Beach, CA.  We arrived in Cuenca on September 18th; our container arrived a month later in Guayaquil.  The inspection was next and everything passed – what a relief!  If you follow Paul’s instructions, you shouldn’t have any problems.  Our household goods were delivered to Cuenca within the week and everything made it to our apartment in one piece.  We were amazed at how well the move went.  We want to thank Paul and his team for their expertise, patience and just being there for us during the entire process.  We’re very happy we chose Relocation Services of Ecuador for our move.
